Summary:

The selected candidate will be part of the Revenue Team in our high-volume renewable energy multi entity environment. The Operations Analyst will analyze and maintain billing systems with respect to inputs regarding customers, contracts, and electricity generation

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain new customers, contracts, and relevant billing information in billing system


• Gather data regarding generation of electricity from renewable energy systems and validate results


• Ensure accuracy of data feed between source generation and billing system


• Coordinate reporting of electricity generation in multiple financial systems


• Ensure data integrity of billing systems and revenue drivers


• Monitor incentive arrangements with multiple jurisdictions and track monetization and compliance


• Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by Revenue Manager and Director of Revenue Accounting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, management information systems or a related field.


• 3 - 5 years of experience


• Experience in energy & utilities industry preferred


• Strong technology skills

• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable. Ability to interact with employees, auditors, and customers in a professional manner


• Expert in Microsoft Excel.


• Strong problem-solving skills, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills
