Field Supervisor/QCI Training
Description
The results of successfully performing this role includes inspecting jobs, training technicians and installers and reporting quality control results to the install manager to elevate the performance of the install team and ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
Tactical Work:
- Assess quality of installs through our QCI program
- Visit the required number of jobs performed for quality inspections
- Conduct technical training that encompasses installation standards and code requirements
- Assess accuracy of QCI documents and update with technology changes
- Ensure all installation work is performed in a safe, clean, organized and efficient manner
- Maintain callback rate less than 3%
- Randomly inspect the required number of all jobs completed
- iAuditor completion at 100% with a score greater than 90%
- Combined Install Department iAuditor completion must be 100%
- All jobs must follow the appropriate checklist and be completed in accordance with company standard of excellence
- All installation-related customer concerns, call backs and warranty challenges must be immediately addressed
- Demonstrate professionalism and perfectionism in all work and act with urgency
- Maintain a “do-whatever it takes” approach to getting the job done and taking care of your clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem- solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Prolonged periods standing, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling. Requires local travel as needed
