Security Program Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

This opportunity is with the North America Project Office for Patch, Security Management and Configuration Item Build & Decomm processes. We support these three auditable units across all North America Accounts (includes both US and Canada) by providing process oversight, training and audit support. This opportunity is for a Security Project Manager, this is a high level description of the Role & Responsibilities: Drives Compliance Posture and improvements across all North America Accounts.

Proactively executes preventative measures to improve audit stature (assessments, monitoring defined triggers, metrics, value stream mapping, SIM, and CIB&D reports>,facilitates activities on accounts failing to meet defined compliance targets, acts as an intermediary between auditors and delivery teams during supported audits and assists delivery teams in producing quality responses, monitors metrics, audit results, value stream mapping in search of pervasive issues, and acts as a voice for the North America Project Office for training and guidance in the execution of the Patch, Security Management and CIB&D Global Processes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Technical skills are not required but are helpful; audit experience is a plus

Knowledge of the Patch, Security Healthchecking and CIB&D Global Processes with an understanding that expert level skills will be expected when training/KT is complete.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

1 year audit experience.

Required Education High School Diploma/GED

Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree
