Job Duties including:

• Provide client care according to a approved Plan of Care
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Provide transportation as required
• Assist in providing a safe environment for client
• Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements

Requirements include:

• HHA & CNA's must be certified
• 6 months to1 year experience
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable car / auto insurance

If selected you will need to provide:

• CPR required (AHA or ARC preferred)
• Negative TB Results

Preference given to caregivers who have either received COVID 19 vaccination(s) or on the waiting list to receive COVID 19 vaccine
