Job Description:

The Division Business Analyst is responsible for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of Small Business sales leaders by empowering them with the most robust, timely, accurate and insightful sales performance information in the entire company. Business analysts provide ad hoc performance analysis, report management, recurring business reviews and performance updates and project support to the division executive, region executives, market managers, performance managers and associates within their assigned division.

As a core member of the division leadership team, the position requires the incumbent to be able to think strategically and perform in a proactive manner with limited supervision. The position also requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with field management and work closely with other organizations within the LOB. Candidates must have a proven track record of converting data into information that generates actionable insights into business performance.

Excellent Excel Skills (pivot tables, PowerPivot, visualization)

Small Business or Financial Center experience

Strong communication and presentation skills

High level of business acumen

SQL Proficiency (preferred)

VBA Proficiency (preferred)
