Driver

We are seeking a PT-32 Hour local driver to join our team!!! We provide the vehicle ( Ford Focus or a RAM ProMaster Van) so you will need to have a spotless driving record.

Job Summary- The driver will perform duties to ensure the safe and timely deliver of time sensitive products to our local customers (Hospitals and Physician Offices) complying with instructions and prescribed routines, methods or procedures and involving the making of minore decisions.

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle to deliver products to hospitals, clinics and other facilities as instructed.
• Collect and return used materials and instruments. Conduct wipes and surveys, checking for contamination on out going packages and returned packages, operate a Single Channel Analyzer.
• May assist in activities to prepare products for delivery, including packaging and wrapping of doses.
• Maintain a safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.Driver or runner work experience preferred. Light, occasional physical effort required to move, lift and deliver containers and boxes up to 65lbs. Ability to operate a vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license. Ability to work long or unusual hours to include early mornings, occasional weekend and occasional holiday. The position responsibilities are carried out in a pharmacy setting with travel to various delivery locations.
