ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.

The Wellness Supervisor ensure the delivery of high quality resident services that meet the health and daily living service needs and desires of residents and their families through direct resident service delivery and managing other Wellness Team Members as delegated by the Wellness Director. This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction. As the Wellness Supervisor, you are a member of the Wellness Services Team. You are responsible for assisting the Wellness Director in managing the wellness staff and for providing and ensuring delivery of wellness services to residents. You and your team are responsible for supporting the organization Mission and achieving its goals.

Educational Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Must be a licensed practical professional nurse in the operating state.

Position Requirements

Experience in an assisted living setting and/or other elderly care setting preferred.
