DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

• Able to frequently transfer, position, and assist clients with limited mobility including para and quadriplegic clients.
• Personal care (assistance with ADLs), Companionship (going to doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping, coordinating delivery services, medication reminders etc.) and Homemaking (light housekeeping)
• Log patient visits in EMR

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Two professional references
• Proof of negative TB test - if you need it, we’ll pay for it!
• ID compliant with I-9 requirements
• CPR Certification - if you need it, we'll pay for it!
• Cleared background check
• Pass pre-employment drug screen

• Caregiving: 1 years (Preferred)
