Our work depends on a Program Manager joining our team to support the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) activities in the Washington, DC area.

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Program Manager supporting OPM, you will be trusted to work on eLearning services and solutions. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Collaborating with OPM to solve customer agency eLearning management service deliver challenges.

  • The Program Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.

  • Primary interface with the Program Management Office (PMO), Contracting Officers Representative (COR), OPM Contracting Officer (CO), and Subcontractors.

  • Responsible for the overall execution of release project plan, including staffing, budget and schedule.

  • Monitor contract performance to include budget, disincentives, and deliverables.

  • Works with Agile Scrum Master determining sprints velocities and project time utilization.

  • Coordinates with Learning Systems Administrators and customers on objectives, requirements, daily operations status, and the duties that must be performed in the support of USAL customer requirements.

  • Your success will be measured through on time, on budget, high quality delivery of eLearning management solutions and services.

WHAT YOULL NEED:

  • Bachelors degree

  • Ten (10) years of project and financial management experience in learning technology/HRIS support

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is required,

  • Program Management Professional (PGmP)* certification is highly desired

  • Current Secret, with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance or a current Top Secret clearance.
