LIME Painting of West Houston is looking to hire a Sales Representative. The position has a base salary, uncapped commission’s structure. LIME's high-ticket sales role is a consultative and relational approach, with no hard close requirements. Rather, our sales consultants work with homeowners, builders, realtors, property managers, and other professionals in the high-end residential and commercial markets to educate, advise, and deliver a world-class customer experience.

Position Highlights
- $45,000 Base Salary
- Extremely lucrative, uncapped commission structure (Average 1st year rep: $30k Bonus, Average 2nd year rep: $65k bonus)

General Accountabilities
- Field Sales
- In-home presentations
- Assess properties for need and solutions
- Advise clients in an in-home consultative role
- Audit services for delivery of promises
- Coordinate with clients and production team (consists of a Production Manager & Crew Supervisor)
- Develop & manage a sales territory
- Receive written and video reviews
- Sales portfolio consists of about 70% personal lead generation and 30% leads provided
Qualifications
- Ability to commute. Must have vehicle in good, reliable working condition.
- High school or equivalent education
- Outside Sales experience preferred
- Driver’s License
- Willingness to travel for conventions and training

Only Two Positions Available
- LIME's hiring process is competitive and selective.
- One opening to be filled immediately and the second opening to be determined at a later date.
- Training for one week at LIME Elite Academy in Denver, CO may be required.
- Selected candidate will work in the West Houston territory covering Cypress, TX and Katy, TX
