CFS has partnered with a growing company that's looking to hire a Sales Financial Analyst. Our client is a wholesale distributor of aftermarket and OEM heavy duty truck and trailer parts. This position is newly created due to tremendous growth within the organization. The Sales Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparation and oversight of Sales & Margin Reporting for the Finance/Accounting Department, but also will work very closely with the Sales Department. Sales Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

• Oversee/prepare Weekly, monthly and other periodic Sales & Margin Reporting to a cross-functional management group
• Sales & Margin Analyses
• Oversight and Maintenance of Sales Commission Program
• Maintain key Customer relationships at the Finance/Accounting level when necessary
• Maintain Sales Coding & Tracking within the ERP/Accounting System
• Review/Analyses of Customer Rebate Programs
• Sales/Financial Reporting for key Customer Joint Ventures or Contract Arrangements
• Assist in developing Sales Forecasting Models for use in the Annual Financial Budget
• Other Sales/Financial/Margin analyses Projects as requested

Sales Financial Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• CPA (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Able to work well in a team environment and across other departments (work closely with Sales Department)
