Branch Service Leader

IMKO Workforce Solutions is looking for an energetic leader to join their team! The ideal candidate for this position will have hiring experience, basic HR knowledge, and managerial experience.

Responsibilities of the Branch Service Leader:

~ Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all clients

~ Assist with the sourcing, interviewing, drug testing, and placing of employees

~ Develop and execute a local sales and marketing plan

~ Participate in community and industry events including but not limited SESHRM and Chamber of Commerce events

~ Be the point of contact for clients and employees

~ Handle any potential conflicts and problems working towards resolutions that meet IMKO's principles and any applicable federal/state laws

~ Become a "specialist" with ATS software and ensure that all work completed by staff in the system meets company needs

~ Assist with the payroll process each week

~ Work towards annual goals

~ Manage all service staff including hiring, training, managing, and developing

~ Provides regular, punctual attendance and sets appropriate example for other employees in this area

~ Meet the companies uniform/personal presentation policy and sets appropriate example for other employees in this area

~ Complete required industry training and certifications

Qualifications of the Branch Service Leader:

~ Previous manager/leadership experience

~ HR experience/knowledge

~ Previous experience interviewing, hiring, and firing

~ Able to proficiently use Windows based computers

~ High attention to detail

~ Able to develop and motivate staff

~ High understanding of excellent customer service

~ Able to balance several projects at the same time

~ Creative problem-solver

~ Able to work with a wide range of people
