Pay Range: $17.60-$18.20/hour
Agents are responsible for answering inbound internal and external calls, utilizing our Home Delivery processes to solve inquiries/issues and maintain customer satisfaction. Agents also process orders and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Additional job responsibilities include the following activities: customer service, home delivery process knowledge, phone skills, multitasking, problem solving, documentation skills, listening, resolving conflict, and processing customer adjustments/orders.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year relevant experience
- Must have excellent computer skills.
- Must have exceptional communication and phone etiquette.
- Must be able to pass the Drug & Background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates Degree - Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- Bilingual Preferred but Not Required
- Retail and/or distribution experience is helpful
