Dealer Synergy is currently in search of a Client Success Specialist (Customer Service) to help support and expand our growing automotive training program in Audubon NJ. We are looking for productive people who work for a purpose, not just a paycheck. The ideal candidate is wildly creative, experienced, and has exceptional communication and customer service skills.

All applicants must meet the following qualifications:
*Prior customer service/support experience strongly preferred.
*Comfortable being on zoom
*Experience using Microsoft and Google Applications.
*Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
*Prior automotive experience is a plus.
*Prior account management experience is a plus.
*Must be a team player.
*Friendly and outgoing personality
