Emanate is an outsourced marketing agency looking for a full-time Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our Little Rock office on a permanent basis.
You will work with our Client Associates and various product specialists , as well as mid-office and operations teams, to deliver a seamless a nd integrated experience to consumers across our client portfolio.

Core Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality service to each of our clients

Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Manage daily client transactions and inquiries accurately, within established deadlines, operating within our Standard Operational Procedures

Communicates clearly with staff in a timely and professional manner

Identify any customer issues and escalate to our Client Associate team in order to close or provide advice to the client

Essential Skills:
