Print Project Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Print Project Manager to join our team. Youll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. This opportunity focuses on cross-functional areas to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have:
a four-year degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
previous work experience as a project manager
experience working in digital print, required
merchandising fixture production and/or the retail industry a plus
On top of that you must:
pay close attention to details so you are able to complete projects accurately within deadlines while meeting Company quality standards
have a strong knowledge of project management software, including Excel, Google, and Project
be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
have the ability to work independently, make decisions and solve problems independently, effectively and creatively
apply effective time management and self-management skills
understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee and customer information
In this position you'll:
direct and manage projects from beginning to end
gathering costs for estimating purposes based on understanding the clients expectations for the final deliverable product and the knowledge of material and labor costs required to meet those expectations. Knowledge of paper stock, color management, complexity of design, and intricacies of formatting, cutting, and kitting are necessary for the creation of a valid estimate, and collaborating with the applicable production areas assigned.
this includes identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path as well as making departments aware of resources needed, timelines and milestones to complete the project successfully and accurately
develop and maintain a strong relationship with client contacts which will ensure that we have an understanding of their quality expectations
collaborate with employees across several functions within the organization to achieve desired results
bring ideas to the team and other operating areas within the organization to improve processes and procedures to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively
