Work Location: Inglewood, CA
Schedule: 11am ~ 8pm (Tue – Fri) and 9am ~ 6pm (Sat) (Sun & Mon: Off)

OVERVIEW:
A global leading Freight Forwarding/ Logistics company is looking for a motivated candidate for the opening of Operation Agent in their Air Export department.
The main duties include ensuring the proper and timely movement of freight and information, while performing data entry, document assembling, filing, freight tracking and communication via emails.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Coordinate and track the export process for a shipment by arranging pickup and forwarding from origin to destination.
• Enter shipment data into the company system with freight rates and charges applied.
• Prepare and review forms and documents necessary for export regulations and customs clearance
• Process invoices for customer shipments, third party, and free house billing.
• Provide tracking and cargo information to customers and ran reports to track milestones for the Quality Management Systems.
• Maintain and update company database in compliance with operational and customer Standard Operating Procedures.
• Respond to customers for inquiries regarding cargo condition, shipping, and irregularities.
• Perform duties requested by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Strong data entry skills
• Freight Forwarding industry experience is a plus
