Traveling Superintendent

As the Lead Superintendent, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing each Trade and ensuring they keep to code and contractual obligations

  • Driving the project schedule

  • Managing the logistics of materials and coordinating each Trade

  • Managing change orders and RFIs as the occur

  • Reporting on the project progress to management using ProCore

  • Maintaining a safe and clean site

  • Mentoring Assistants

To be successful, you must have the following:

  • Experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground up multifamily wood frame projects

  • Experience working on projects in excess of $20M

  • Be able to use ProCore

  • Ability to travel across the Southeast
