As the Lead Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
Managing each Trade and ensuring they keep to code and contractual obligations
Driving the project schedule
Managing the logistics of materials and coordinating each Trade
Managing change orders and RFIs as the occur
Reporting on the project progress to management using ProCore
Maintaining a safe and clean site
Mentoring Assistants

To be successful, you must have the following:
Experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground up multifamily wood frame projects
Experience working on projects in excess of $20M
Be able to use ProCore
Ability to travel across the Southeast
