Human Resources Manager
A manufacturing company in New Jersey is actively seeking a dedicated and diligent professional to join their staff as their new Human Resources Manager. In this role, the Human Resources Manager will assist in ensuring that the company’s general and personnel administration is monitored and meets compliance standards and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager will:
- Perform search, background checks, records verification, onboarding
- Create and maintain HR document
- Set up and maintain employee records
- Manage the hiring plan
- Manage corporate sites contracts and reporting
- Perform survey requirements and information gathering
- Manage and maintain employee training
- Assist with Immigration for employees
- Monitor and distribute incoming mail
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Human Resources
- 2-5+ of related experience
- Human Resource Certification – SHRM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle ERP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate general office equipment
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with colleagues
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
