Manager, Global Marketing Innovation

The Manager, Global Brand Marketing will be responsible for ownership of the following areas that contribute to the overall growth of the brand:


  • Core Product collections: Develop strategy, evaluate feasibility and co-develop marketing campaigns for existing key revenue-driving products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop product storytelling rooted in the brand equity to engage and excite consumers, retailers and internal partners.
  • Key product expert supporting marketing activation, PR, creative/copy, education, and our key global regional partners (UK & China), including copy approvals and reviews
  • Serve as the marketing liaison to the key global regions, UK and China and provide ongoing marketing support including supporting our new expansion into the China domestic market.
  • Develop and foster strong working relationships across the organization to achieve company goals and priorities.


RESPONSIBILTIES:


Lead product marketing strategy development in collaboration with cross-functional teams for specified projects, including new product development (NPD), sales channels and education by leveraging:


  • Trends: identify opportunities through the analysis of market data, global competitive landscape and product trends reports
  • Consumer insights: monitor and develop analysis of consumer feedback, through e-commerce analytics, US and international channel insights and consumer trend reports
  • Technology innovation: partner with NPD to identify emerging trends in ingredient technology to capitalize their growth
  • Support a global claims strategy working closely with legal and regulatory to drive globally consistent and breakthrough claims.
  • Business opportunities and objectives: collaborate with finance and sales channels to ensure new products launches and key product initiatives deliver meaningful revenue to launches

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum 5 years product innovation and marketing experience in skincare. Innovation experience in skincare mandatory. Global marketing experience preferred.
  • International Marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
