Customer Contact Representative- Class Starts August 9th!



Job Description

Monday - Friday day Customer Service positions available now! A great chance to join a very stable and employee & community focused company in the Sioux Falls area!
What would you do every day:
  • Assist customers with questions regarding their established life insurance policies
  • Assist customers with minor changes and placing payments on account as needed
  • Maintain the highest level of friendly professionalism while assisting customers
  • Document each customer interaction into company software
  • Learn company product lines in order to be able to assist customers
  • Typically each representative would take 60-85 inbound calls per shift
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays 7:30 am to 12:30 pm- some light overtime may be required as length of calls dictate necessity

Salary: $16-$19/hr DOE


What would you bring to the position:

Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required
Previous customer service experience is required
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers
Ability to utilize dual computer screens and multiple computer programs simultaneously
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Ability to adapt to frequent change
Ability to learn and apply new knowledge and skills quickly

Due to the financial nature of the company, a post-offer pre-employment background and credit screening are required.
