What you'll do:

  • Lead a team of warehouse associates and monitor KPIs including labor planning, shift allocation, and team efficiency using data to drive and communicate decisions while always working to improve the customer experience
  • Organize and conduct necessary training and engagement activities for the staff during initial onboarding and ongoing professional development conversations, addressing performance-based issues as needed
  • Drive initiatives and process improvements focused on efficiency to drive business results while partnering across cross-functional teams
  • Maintain positive relationships with carriers and monitor their performance, holding regular meetings with carrier managers, and offering creative solutions
  • Be a company expert in your focus area while accurately, quickly, and clearly answering questions
  • Be available as a backup exempt leader in the absence of the Terminal Manager, including to open and/or close, based on the Terminal Manager's direction

What youll need:

  • A customer-centric approach to solving supply chain problems
  • Comfort using data to improve the accountability and flow of products through a warehouse
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to build and manage teams with a high level of engagement
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Bachelors or associate degree or 5+ years working experience (ideally in fulfillment or home delivery)

Shifts available:

Sun - Wed, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM (front half nights)

Wed - Sat, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM (back half nights)
