Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our growing Service department team!
Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Platte City Is looking for Automotive Service Advisors to assist our customers with all their Service needs including but not limited to checking in vehicles, taking Phone calls, working as the liaison between our customers and service technicians to quote and sell the needed repairs. Our ideal candidates should have a friendly Personality, Great Communication skills, be able to Multitask and have the ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner. You will be the person that our customers go to to receive their vehicle. We urge our fellow teammates to make connections with our customers so each time they come in for service they know a familiar friendly face that will provide them with top notch service that all our customers deserve.
As a Service Advisor you can expect to make between $40,000 to $85,000 a year.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Requirements:
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant
- Above-average energy level
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
