Restaurant Floor Manager/ Dining Room Manager

Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurants Management Team - $55 - $68K

Growth plans include 3 – 5 new locations annually in the Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Dallas Fort Worth Markets.

We Offer:

  • 3 Weeks of paid, industry leading front of the house training
  • Excellent hours of operation. Close at 9PM on weekdays and 10PM on weekends
  • 525.00 per month dining allowance for friends and family
  • Consistent 50-hour work weeks with back-to-back days off

  • Benefits include Health, Life and dental insurance and 2 weeks paid vacation annually
  • Assistant General Manager income 75-85K
  • Managing Partners income from 110 - 130K
  • Area Managing Partners 150 - 200K


Job Description:

  • Table checks to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Efficient execution of door, accurate quotes and seating
  • Training and developing managers
  • Training and developing Buss, Door, Bar and Waitstaff
  • Ensure a "Raving Fan" guest experience
  • Assist in increasing sales and minimizing costs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your department
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Limited admin duties


Requirements:

  • Must have minimum of 3-year full-service management experience in a high volume, fast- paced restaurant
  • A strong passion for team development, and guest service
  • Ability to communicate and motivate others
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Stable job history which demonstrates upward career and salary progression
