Great opportunity to work ON-SITE with a well-known entertainment company located in San Diego, CA! Ajilon is seeking an Experienced Designer-Attendee Registration to join our clients growing team. Responsibilities:
- Oversees the design, planning, and execution of attendee badge sales
- Writing concise emails in bulk announcements
- Testing and editing the registration systems
- Working closely with other staff members
- Writing all social media announcements
- Assisting with onsite experience for attendees and office staff
- Working with other department teams to implement and test systems
- Copy, edit, and publish all related webpages
- Facilitate and plan all testing sessions
- No college degree required
- Proficient computer skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Minimum 2-years of customer service experience
- Minimum 1-year of event coordination’s experience
- Must have writing experience-report writing, blog/magazine writing, procedural writing

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience
Employment Type: On-site/ Contract-to-hire/ Located in San Diego, CA
Work Hours: Full-time/ Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm PST/ Need’s flexibility to work events occasionally
