Job Description
Assembler positions in Hillsboro. Starting pay $16.50 per hour. $1,000 sign on bonus
Forest Dental Equipment in Hillsboro is hiring Full Time Assemblers to produce components and dental equipment by assembling parts and subassemblies. Full Time employees are eligible for medical benefits, PTO and 401(k) retirement plan with company match. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
- Assembles parts by following trainer instructions, work instructions, build samples, and other paperwork.
- Accurate gathering of parts, subassemblies, tools and
- Ability to resolve assembly problems and clarify build issues following established escalation procedures.
- Keeps equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for line support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal work instructions.
- Assembly experience in medical device manufacturing helpful.
- Basic computer skills including accurate data.
- Demonstrated ability to follow safety regulations and requirements.
