We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to join our talented, dynamic, and rapidly growing company. The position is based out of either our London or New York office. We typically look for people to join in London or New York, but would love to hear from great candidates who would be happy to work remotely in those time zones. We have a flexible hybrid working policy and would also love to hear from great candidates who would work fully remote within the UK or United States.

Agile Delivery Manager Description
We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to help us maximize the value of our Engineering team as well as help the team grow.
Our team has a wide range of expertise and are based in both the UK and US. We have an ambitious roadmap of improved value to the core product, infrastructure upgrades and innovation around new ideas. Roadmap initiatives are different in nature and lend to different methodologies and meeting cadences. We are looking for someone to advise and implement best practice methodologies for the range of work that we do.
Alongside this we are always looking for new engineering talent so we see this role as key to help identify gaps, plan recruitment strategy and assist with the recruitment effort.
Agile Delivery Manager Responsibilities
Delivery Management
- Overseeing the processes of multiple cross functional teams. Applying appropriate processes to different situations.
- Coach team members in Agile methodologies
- Working with Product Managers and owners to write stories and specifications.
- Working with Product Managers on backlog prioritization
- Ensuring teams are focused on roadmap objectives
- Running effort estimation and velocity tracking
- Working with Product Managers on delivery timelines
- Ensuring the engineering teams are unblocked and protected so they can work to the best of their ability
- Fostering an enjoyable work environment
- Organizing and running regular engineering meetings
- Jira administration, reporting and automations
Team Management
- Owning the onboarding process for new engineering team members
- Overseeing progression and nurture of junior engineers
- Assisting with engineer education, growth plans and goals
- Identifying gaps in the team and assisting with recruitment strategy
- Assisting with recruitment tests and screening
Agile Delivery Manager Skills and Experience
- +3 years experience
- Proven expertise with Jira
- Proven track record of improving efficiency and output
- Proven track record of working on multiple or complex projects
- Hands on experience growing strong teams
