Technology Operations Specialist
The Opportunity Delaware North is searching for a Technology Operations Specialist to join our South Region Information Technology (IT) team. This role reports to the Sr. Regional Director of Technology and supports and maintains all technology-related software and hardware, including printers, point-of-sale systems, digital menu boards, surveillance, and audio-visual across the South region. You will be the face of the team responsible for addressing infrastructure, solution support, local service requests, and incident tickets within the region. Additionally, you’ll ensure compliance with enterprise technology policies, coordinate project requests, and deliver on operational tasks. Pay-rate for this position ranges $55000 - $70000 / year depending on experience, generous bonus and benefit package.At Delaware North, we care about our associates. [Click here to learn more]({apply below} Responsibilities * Maintain procedural and organizational documentation creating, responding to, and updating help desk tickets and system access requests in JIRA. Utilizing IT tools such as Confluence and JIRA for team collaboration and change management.Provide remote and onsite IT Support for the following systems: * Retail POS system hardware and software to include NetSuite* Food & Beverage POS system hardware and software including mobile & kiosk ordering solutions, to include: Micros SIM2, InfoGenesis, Tapin2, Appetize Classic + AX, Servy, FreedomPay, and more. * Property Manager System support including interfaces, Citrix, and AWS Servers; * Support Windows 10, iOS devices, and onsite hosted solutions; * Back of-house workstations and office computers running various desktop and Citrix applications; * Analog and IP/VOIP phones; * General network troubleshooting; * Wireless Internet including Satellite, Cradle Points, T1s, and Fiber; * Kronos time clocks and SHIFT timekeeping* Microsoft’s Active Directory; * Cloud-based email and file storage such as Office 365 and OneDrive; * Miscellaneous hardware and applications from vendors such as Onity and Salto keycard systems, mobile devices, etc. Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of experience in a hands-on technical support role.* A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field preferred.* Must be team-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities to meet the needs of the operation.* Must be willing to travel (26-50%) to provide onside support when necessary.* Proven outstanding verbal and written communication skills and organization in a customer service-driven industry.* Analytical thinking skills are a plus.* Technical experience with Windows and common applications required.* Experience with point-of-sale, property management systems, retail systems, cloud-based computing, and network support.* Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules and/or business needs.* Must reside within one of the South Region states Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee or Texas.
