  • Responsibilities of the Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist include:

  • Utilize your knowledge of EH&S standards and regulation to develop systems that reflect management’s commitment to maintaining world-class safety and environmental standards
  • Ensure company policies and procedures comply with all local, state, and federal laws while implementing new systems as regulations evolve.
  • Develop and implement training programs to reduce safety-related incidents
  • Conduct investigations into work-related industries and prepare appropriate reports
  • Evaluate and monitor environmental concerns such as hazardous waste, air permitting, and wastewater removal




  • Requirements of the Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist include:

  • BS in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering or similar technical field
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing setting
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other safety and environmental regulations
  • Experience with behavioral-based safety, accident investigations, operator training, and worker's compensation
