Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting our customer in St. Louis recruiting for an Administrative Assistant position. This Administrative Assistant job is immediate and long-term in length with the possibility of being hired on. If hired, it has the possibility of working into an Office Manager role.

This Administrative Assistant job requires candidates to:
  • Provide general support for the office and prodution teams
  • Handle phones, correspondence, and create reports as needed
  • Utilize MSOffice and other client systems

  • Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this Administrative Assistant position:
  • Have at least 2 years of Adminstrative Assistant or Office Manager experience
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees within an organization
  • Have experience in MSOffice
  • The minimum pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour, but may be as high as $20.00, based on qualifications and experience.
