General Manager Restaurant

We are seeking a General Manager to join our Barrio Management team! You will be responsible for overseeing all store operations and departments

Responsibilities:

• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage all restaurant personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Weekly invoicing and inventory

​Qualifications:

• Previous Management experience in food service or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High school or GED equivalent

Barrio is a fast-casual taco, tequila, and whiskey restaurant. The tacos are a build-your-own concept where guests pick from a multitude of ingredients which allows for their visit to be creative and fresh every time. Our Margarita menu gives the guest lots of room for creativity with different flavors, rims, and infused tequilas to choose from. We also offer a large selection of Barrio original margarita and libation recipes. The savory drinks and food are complemented by the stunning murals painted on the walls which are meant to represent Mexico's day of the dead holiday. Each restaurant is a work of art and each visit is a fun and unique experience for our guests.
