Restaurant Shift Leader

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor/Team Leader to join our team at Barley and Burger SMASHED! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating, daily taks/routines in addition to working side by side with your team on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support team
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

• Previous experience in restaurant leadership, supervisory role
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
