Sales Associate
Advantage is looking for Sales Associates that have a passion for developing relationships, providing exceptional guest experiences, and being an innovator in the automotive industry.
We are looking for strong, energetic, and people-focused sales associates who will help us redefine the car-buying experience.
Automotive Sales Associates handle several different responsibilities and goals daily. A few must have responsibilities are:
- Work with guests from beginning to end of their visit. Must be comfortable handling purchase paperwork and the presentation of vehicle protection items
- Provide an industry leading experience for your guests
- Providing product knowledge on all vehicles and their competitive sets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service and/or retail experience
- People oriented
- Professional personal appearance
- Strong technology skills
Physical Demands: Required long periods (80-90% of workday) of standing and walking (on showroom floor, on dealership lot including interior and exterior of building). Capable of walking extensively on concrete. Infrequent sitting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Lifting 20lbs or less and carrying 10lbs or less on a frequent basis. Frequent pushing and pulling, twisting, and turning of trunk, reaching, and handling of objects, occasional climbing, balancing, and crawling.
