Executive Director

Bridges by EPOCH at Mashpee on Cape Cod is hiring an Executive Director full-time for our Memory Care Senior Living Community. This community is 60 units and encompasses all the amenities to support the independence of residents with memory care needs.

The responsibilities of this position oversee, plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Memory Care Assisted Living. The Executive Director works in conjunction with department heads, hires and supervises staff. Additionally, the Executive Director facilitates company policies and procedures for maintaining a safe community for staff and residents. Candidates must have good knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease and the Memory Care process.

We require a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Director in an Assisted Living Facility. At least 5 years of experience with working within a Memory Care community required. The ideal candidate will be professional, dynamic and innovative with operational strategies. Must have excellent decision making skills, superior leadership abilities and excellent customer service skills. Candidates must exhibit a high level of quality, commitment and desire for working in the Senior Living Industry. Bachelor’s degree is required.
