Who we’re looking for:

Assist in overseeing and processing customer orders through system workflow. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment documentation and inventory system reporting.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Communicate and coordinate with Berry Direct Customer Service
  • Communicate with vendors and service providers
  • Coordinate processing EA Franchisee online orders and schedules
  • Organize and maintain customer order documents
  • Customer service support; assist processing Franchisee tickets and maintain logs
  • Coordinate inbound / outbound shipment delivery appointments
  • Maintain and update shipment report daily logs
  • Create shipment receipt documents
  • Report any deviations in quality, quantity or damaged product documentation
  • Coordinate receipt documents for inspection with QC and assist if needed with QC reports
  • Update inventory systems and submit documentation
  • Prepare international documents (i.e. bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice)
  • Maintain daily sales and inventory reports

And here’s what we think you’re like:

  • 2 years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proper use of professional business grammar and punctuation as well as excellent keyboarding skills
  • Ability to hold several web chat conversations simultaneously that are seamless to our guests
  • Excellent customer service skills (including but not limited to friendly, courteous and helpful)
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team player
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, frequently changing environment
  • Professional in dress and demeanor
  • Excellent attendance habits
