Our financial services client is searching for a Java/J2EE Developer to join their team in Wilmington, DE on a contract-to-hire basis.

Our financial services client is searching for a Java/J2EE Developer to join their team in Wilmington, DE on a contract-to-hire basis.
What You'll Do:
- You will work closely with business analysts, application developers in upgrading our financial client's suite of applications.
- You will provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs.
- You will be utilizing programming skills to adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to development.
- You will participate in code design and code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues; review and provide feedback to the final user documentation.
- You will need strong knowledge of Spring Core (IoC), Boot, Data, Cloud, Integration and related frameworks
- Experience in creating and consuming APIs
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle DB
- Knowledge of patterns regarding the consumption of synchronous and
- Deep understanding and ability to architect object oriented (OO) solutions to complex problems and experienced in utilizing design patterns.
- Solid understanding of object oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance.
- Background working in an Agile development environment.
- Experience building Microservices
- Any Cloud experience is preferred
