Professional Residential Cleaner
Job Description
$20-$30 per hour. SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY. Seeking experienced House Cleaners for Gwinnett County.
Do you have house cleaning experience? Get a flexible schedule by being an Independent House Cleaner with Daly Home Cleaning in the Gwinnett County Area.
If you currently have your own clients, none of that will need to change. Our goal at Daly Home Cleaning is to assist you in getting more clients, make more money, and create your own schedule by partnering with Daly Home Cleaning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-You must LOVE to clean!
-You must have an AWESOME attitude!
-Must be a GO-GETTER!!
-Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products
-Must have at least 1 year of PAID professional residential cleaning experience. This is strongly preferred.
-Must have up to date resume that reflects professional residential cleaner experience.
-English Speaking (at least conversational)
-Valid Driver's License
-Must have your own reliable transportation.
-Must have your own cleaning supplies
-Must have Business Liability Insurance. This is non-negotiable for the protection of the customer, business and yourself. If you don’t have it currently, must have it before you do any cleaning jobs.
-Physical Stamina
-Pay attention to detail
-Must pass a background check
WHAT WE DO:
-You tell us your availability, what areas you prefer to service (if outside of Gwinnett County, no problem please let us know), and type of cleanings. We provide your bookings based off your preferences.
-At Daly Home Cleaning you choose your schedule. Daly Home Cleaning takes responsibility for advertising, marketing, phone estimates, booking, scheduling, customer service, billing for clients, and payroll for you which is direct deposited into your provided bank account every Friday from the completed jobs from the prior week. Your only responsibility is cleaning, great customer service, and keeping our clients happy.
-You are able to keep your already established clientele. We're just here to help you gain more business. Start date is ASAP, after interviewing, background screening, and test clean.
-Daly Home Cleaning, LLC is not the employer of its registered cleaner. You would be accepting jobs as an Independent House Cleaner (contractor).
