Description: The Judge Group has partnered with a national manufacturer just west of Springfield to find a Plant Manager for their team. The right candidate has strong experience in manufacturing environments and has a rich history of progressive manufacturing roles. This opportunity is a strong leader in the organization and will be a change maker for the plant.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plant visions to reach KPIs, targets, and develop a strong continuous improvement program
• Ensure all quality, safety, and production standards are met throughout the entire process
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees of all levels
• Promote a high performing culture in employees
• Ensure production planning goals are met in accordance with supply chain needs
• Develop and help teams execute capital projects
• Responsible for entire plant is complying with all food and safety, GMP, and employee safety standards
• Drive employee engagement, training, and development

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience
• 3+ years of plant or production management experience
