Diversity Recruiting Program Manager (Contract)
Riot Games is searching for a Diversity Recruiting Program Manager to join our talented and growing Talent Acquisition team! Reporting into our Senior Manager of Diversity Recruiting Programs, This person will be responsible for supporting Riot's diversity recruitment strategy, roadmap, events and goals. This role would partner closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, recruiters and the D&I team to provide support and guidance on both proactive and immediate diversity recruitment demands. The successful candidate is data driven, detail oriented, and shown success in driving recruiting projects.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the overall DEI partnership strategy for Riot's global recruiting efforts, defining our partnership operating principles, KPIs, and high impact focus areas
- Onboarding of external partners serving as the direct responsible individual for ongoing relationship management and internal stakeholder alignment
- Leverage data to expand the scope of our current partnerships and unlock opportunities to further scale our global hiring efforts
- Develop new concepts from external partnerships in tandem with our internal recruiting team to create new and innovative pathways for talent at the top of funnel
- Identify new partnerships, garner internal stakeholder alignment and buy in, and drive the partnership through completion: identify opportunities, assemble project teams, set goals, manage vendors, track progress, compile data oriented partnership metrics to drive future strategic decision making
- Managing the implementation of new partnerships
- Partner and collaborate with Campus recruiters in executing innovative strategies to identify diverse candidates
- Provide input into diversity strategy, analyze progress/results and develop strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years in the Talent Acquisition or Program Management space
- 3+ years of experience working in the D&I space
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in a TA program management role
- Existing relationships / partners in the external D&I space
