Executive Assistant (14599)
An Executive Assistant is needed for our small DC Office and we're looking for a self-motivated, service minded individual to become a part of our team!

Job Summary:
This position requires the ability to provide high level administrative support that helps the office further our Company's agenda of supporting organized labor and in working with progressive organizations to identify strategies that help strengthen the working class. This includes, but is not limited to, the proficient use of Microsoft Office to accurately gather and analyze data and the ability to provide executive level summaries.
Qualified candidates should be detail oriented and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Good spelling and proof reading skills also preferred.
Job Duties:
Duties include overall office management, creating reports and power point presentations, expense reviews, coordinating meetings, scheduling travel arrangements, securing registrations for various events, direct contact with top level Executives, as well as a variety of regular daily and monthly tasks.
Required Skills:Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient computer skills
- Intermediate user knowledge of WORD, OUTLOOK and EXCEL
- Basic knowledge of ACCESS is a plus
- Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
- Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position for which you're applying
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of office experience
