Software Engineer - Senior with Security Clearance

We are currently seeking a Sr Software Engineer to join our team developing on Secure Processing Programs. This individual will be responsible for developing secure processing solutions in a software development role. Activities consist of, but not limited to, successful performance of all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, preliminary and detailed design, implementation, integration and test. For this position we are seeking individuals who have strong communication and organizational skills. In addition, we are looking for someone to work onsite in our Owego NY location. Basic Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related degree
Embedded development experience
Background with software architecture and design
Secure Processing programming experience
Ability to attain a Secret clearance ***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access ***
5 Years Experience with a Bachelors or 3 years experience with a masters in a related degree program.
Desired Skills:
Experience developing embedded software solutions in C or C++ within an RTOS Integrating new software on hardware
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented, development environment
Ability to multi-task
Understanding of open architectures & modular design
Agile software development experience (e.g. Scrum)
Background using process tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, git, Jenkins)
Experience with Device driver development
Experience with LynxSecure Hypervisor
Experience with LynxOS RTOS
Experience with WindRiver VxWorks
Experience with Test Driven Development, unit testing, and automated test
Active Secret Clearance
