We are looking for a talented and passionate Account Manager to join BrightTALK's Sales department.

The Account Manager role will work directly with our Level 1 customers - customers who have a BrightTALK channel license (BrightTALK's self-service marketing platform). Account Managers will be focused on renewals and retention goals for this customer group. Additional responsibilities of the Account Managers include supporting various stages of the customer lifecycle such as product adoption and client success.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer facing and/or sales roles, and familiarity of B2B marketing is a plus!

The Account Manager must be highly organized and adaptable to align with a high volume of customer needs and provide best practices/strategies.

Responsibilities
    • High touch on-boarding process
    • Provide knowledge and best practices for customers
    • Conduct data analysis reviews (PIRs)
    • Renew and retain channel licenses
