Barista - Laughing Man Coffee

Hugh Jackman's Laughing Man Coffee is looking for experienced baristas! If you love coffee, want to work with friendly people, and help the world a little bit every day, this is the job for you. READ ALL BEFORE APPLYING.

We have two cafes located in downtown Manhattan which are experiencing tremendous growth and success. We want you to be a part of these exciting times. Full time and part time positions available.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Full time preferred, part time will be considered. MUST be available at least 1 weekend day.
• Experienced baristas with some sort of third wave barista training & coffee knowledge is a plus!
• Experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to maintain consistent quality and provide prompt service.
• Exceptional customer service skills. Our baristas must be attentive and show patience and gratitude toward each customer, especially during the busy periods
• Retail or wholesale sales experience a plus.
• Professional attitude towards co-workers.
• Great communication skills.
• Food Handlers License is also a plus and will be mandatory if hired
• Proof of vaccination to comply with new DOH mandates

Pay is based on performance and experience. Baristas receive both cash and credit card tips.
