Job Description
Burn Boot Camp Louisville is looking for an individual who is passionate about creating an environment that leads to people reaching their goals through building relationships, selling memberships, and leading our team at the front desk. The Client Experience Coordinator plays a critical role at Burn Boot Camp as the leader of a client-facing team and the first face a potential member may see when they visit for the first time. They are responsible for executing the front desk role while also upholding the high standards of Burn Boot Camp through the front desk team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hire, onboard, and manage the team of front desk employees
- Lead the front desk team to hit targets through consistent role training and guidance
- Perform audits designed to assess the execution of our client experience and sales process and turn the results into action aimed at improving areas of opportunity
- 20-30 hours per week split between working the front desk for camps and executing an elite client experience while also performing tasks related to upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of the facility
- Execute client follow up leveraging our CRM system while ensuring your team performs at a high level
- Mindbody responsibilities will include data integrity as it relates to contracts and members account info, new retail SKU entry, updated billing information, inventory management
- Work within the budget to order office, restroom, and cleaning supplies
- Remerchandise the retail center based on direction set forward in the protocol
- Handle any client issues with memberships, retail, Burn Nutrition, etc.
- Capture content for social media
- Responsible for upselling secondary revenue items such as Burn Nutrition and retail • Execute company meeting structure as it pertains to you, your team, and your leader
- Collaborate with team and leader to execute any new initiatives at the gym or Company Owned level
- Be an active member of our fitness community
QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be a high producer in autonomous working situations and a self-motivator
- Experience leading a team to meet and exceed sales goals and other KPI’s
- Able to quickly learn and navigate software systems and maintain records • Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Have a high level of understanding of social media
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized while having high attention to detail and follow-through
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Can easily identify opportunities for growth and strategies for execution
- Comfortable in uncomfortable situation
- CPR/AED & First Aid Certified
