Develop a strong understanding of all aspects business operations. Develop multi-year plan that captures market and product (core emerging segments) opportunities to further growth. Drive portfolio management process including product life cycle management, competitive analysis, pricing, and cost management strategies. Engage and stay aligned with sales, product management, finance, production and supply chain to identify and manage risks and opportunities to the plan. Collaborate with business intelligence teams to develop tools and models to improve planning process and accuracy. Routinely expected to interact with C-Suite level on project updates. Develop strategic insights by staying abreast of market trends (industry, customer and competitor).







Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, finance or related fields.


• 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience in a business planning, business strategy or business analytics role.


• Self-starter with a demeanor for growth and continuous learning.


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.


• Excellent quantitative, organizational, and analytical skills.

Desired Knowledge / Skills / Experience / Certifications / Licenses

• German or Japanese language skills a plus


• Experience/analytical capability with a data analytics tool (Power BI, Cognos etc.).


• Knowledge of forklift industry or adjacent markets.


• Master's Degree

• Phone, computer, office equipment and supplies.


• Majority of work is performed in an office environment with a moderate noise level


• Other duties performed while outside of office building could involve exposure to manufacturing operations, along with outdoor conditions and temperatures.


• 10% travel required
