Sales Analyst

Our client is a medical device distribution company that specializes in representing cutting edge technologies to market. This company is interviewing qualified candidates to join their team as a Sales Analyst.

This person will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data from sales and purchasing reports, monitoring purchasing activities, and assisting the Sales Representatives in managing their customer base. This involves reviewing quotas, using Salesforce.com to manage leads, and maintaining accurate contact information. Light accounting tasks may include assisting in AR, AP, Inventory, General Ledger, & Payroll functions.

Other duties involve providing back-up to the shipping/receiving warehouse role as needed for vacation coverage and working with the Warehouse Manager to log and trace company-owned assets.

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales analysis and finance.
• MUST have accounting experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
