  • Front Office Coordinator Job Duties:

    • Manage all guest interactions via phone, email, and in-person for inquiries and interview scheduling
    • Complete pre-employment paperwork with associates, data entry, filing, scanning documents, and other HR/Admin tasks.
    • Assist with recruiting and onboarding process such as scheduling interviews and reference checks
    • Additional administrative tasks
