Senior Manager of Lead Generation and Growth



Job Description

Evolve IP is looking for a B2B Senior Manager of Lead Generation and Growth, who is an expert in lifecycle marketing, to build and lead cross-functional initiatives that drive high-level revenue results. A strong background in growth marketing, demand generation, ABM, and web marketing is required and they must consider themselves a lead generation marketing expert with proven experience in planning and executing full-funnel multichannel digital campaigns and tactics.

This role will report to the Vice President of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates execution-level expertise and experience in all digital channels including websites, mobile, social media, content management systems, SEO/SEM, PPC, ABM and email marketing.

  • Effective at designing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives, measuring and reporting on digital marketing’s impact on the business, and proposing improved ways of operating based on the data.

  • Experience in leading website design, landing pages, and development efforts, including integration of systems and digital assets.

  • Build a data-driven consistent lead generation engine for the company.

  • Initiate campaign management strategies and “marketing blueprints” to guide demand gen programs and campaigns; train the organization on go-to-market best practices.

  • Enable the marketing team to target and engage with prospects and customers and track marketing campaign performance.

  • Build a modern lead generation pipeline, dashboard, and lead funnel mechanics.

  • Implement and continuously improve sales and marketing pipeline growth and acceleration strategies globally.

  • Strong focus on efficient use of digital marketing strategies and middle-of-the funnel nurture techniques.

  • Strong team leadership and development experience and skillsets.

  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot, Demandbase, Salesforce, AdWords, Analytics, Search Console, WordPress, and ZoomInfo.

  • Actively manage relationships with agency vendors.

  • Experience in explaining and building support for digital and technical initiatives.

  • Experience overseeing and executing a growing marketing budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 8+ years of digital marketing experience; B2B technology experience preferred but not required.

  • Results-driven personality with a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and confidence.

  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, with curiosity, and hungry for success.

  • Ability to respond quickly and adapt to new scenarios/ priorities.

  • Experience communicating ROI and results to company leaders.

  • Self-directed and ability to prioritize, action-oriented, and energetic problem-solver.

  • A self-starter mentality, that can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of tools, processes & reporting.

  • Experience and thrive working in metric-driven, fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Proven success working across diverse teams.

  • Critical and analytical thinker, proactive in proposing tests, ideas, solutions, optimization tactics, and channel strategies.

  • Excellent organization, task, and project management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity and proficiency with managing digital agency relationships.

  • Experience with SaaS is a BIG plus.
