NICE Migration business analyst resource to support migration of groups and members, tracking / resolving issues, and seeing groups through to their renewal following migration.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Critical Path Development and Execution
  • Prepare status updates and communicate with senior leadership
  • Create and prepare reportable migration metrics
  • Self-Manage Capacity / Prioritization
  • Manage capacity and prioritization of migration teams assigned
  • Maintain assigned project/process, with dependable and accurate performance
  • Executes disciplines of project management, per defined project methodology and phases including consistent communications
  • Supports manual migration thru use of tabbed file loads
  • Supports member manual migration through use of the xTool
  • All assignments managed with task list or project plan:
  • Lead business requirement discussions. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sign-off on all rqts
  • Issues clearly managed to resolution working with program team
  • Projects at risk must be clearly communicated with remediation plans to bring project back on track
  • Engagement, participation, support, execution in United Strategic Platform future migrations
  • Independently, prioritize and reevaluate prioritization as different tasks/need arise

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma /GED
  • 3+ Years of project management experience (or equivalent)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office programs (including Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in Cirrus on both Group and Member functionality
  • Understanding of Cirrus functionality
  • General Understanding of Agile principles
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to complete a project in a timely manner
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel and management and be able to effectively perform assigned duties in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
