Source Strategies Analyst, Senior

Job Description

As a senior Source Strategies Analyst, you will work collaboratively as a member of an integrated government, military and contractor team. This effort includes using multiple GEOINT sources to address intelligence issues. You should be adept at working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment supporting critical GEOINT activities through GEOINT domain expertise, effective communication skills written, oral, and the building and delivering of effective PowerPoint-based presentations. The ability to interact with peers and IC counterparts as well as senior leaders is critical to success.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • At least 10 years relevant GEOINT, Collection Management or Source Strategy experience

  • Self-starter, able to work with limited oversight, yet able to share information with team members and customers in a timely manner

  • Operate primarily between 0600-1700 M-F and be able to occasionally provide after-hour support

  • Ability to produce GEOINT collection strategies and tasking from multiple compartmented and non-compartmented sources

  • Ability to support compartmented strategy development with direct support for automated tipping and cueing through the Joint Enterprise Modeling and Analytics (JEMA) and Sentient framework

  • Advanced skills with all capabilities and use all GIMS functionalities

  • Advanced skills with MS Office, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
